Odyssey Chicago River

First time on river cruise, have been on lakefront cruise before on various occasions. Each and every time they have not disappointed. Top notch service, impeccable, clean and excellent food. We will keep coming back to Odyssey lakefront and river cruise. Highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

The service provided by the the Jose the manager, the wait staff, the captain, & DJ went above and beyond to make the moment special. The food and cocktails were also amazing to say the least. Experience was perfect in every way. Staff, food, boat and environment. My guest were very pleased and the view is unmatched to anything you can do.

Had the lobster bisque as appetizer, a melt in your mouth braised short rib and the warm butter cake for dessert. The service was impeccable and the entire staff could not have been friendlier. The narrated sights are incredible even if you have only a mild interest in architecture. Would highly recommend if you want a remarkable experience while in Chicago.

We visited Chicago and booked a lunch cruise to see Chicago from the river, and decided on Odyssey. The crew were extremely helpful with our accessibility needs and requirements. Unfortunately the only concern was that there is no wheelchair accessible washroom facilities, and upon arrival offered a full refund if we chose not to go on with the cruise. We di board, the food and staff were exceptional and the captain offered to have crew assist us to the washroom if it was necessary and if the crew requirements allowed it. They also offered monetary compensation which was gratefully accepted. We truly felt this was the highlight of our 5 day trip to Chicago.
