Taco Maya

My baseline for tacos is Al Pastor. While the pineapple bits were a little small, the flavor and tenderness of the meat was perfect. Lots of great salsas will kick it up to whatever your heat preference is. Fast friendly service in a clean comfortable environment.

Nice taqueria situated on South state St. Very convenient on our way to Union from the museum campus. They offer a nice selection of traditional and speciality tacos. They were very good. The tamales were excellent. They have many salsas in a self serve bar. The staff was very nice.

Ordered supreme nachos and Chicken tamales

So my boyfriend and I spent the night at the hotel around the corner and while wandering around to find some pizza, we found this gem. The tacos were great and fresh, and quesadillas were huge. Definitely a great thing, and both were cooked fresh when we got there (not just sitting waiting). Then we ordered the fried ice cream thinking it might be a small bowl. I was gladly mistaken because when the waitress brought them out the scoops of ice cream were the size of a grapefruit! ???? definitely coming back.
