I’ve been to Chicago so many times. this place is probably the best dim sum I had in the long time. I would recommend getting the Baked Creamy Egg Yolk Bun. it’s so delicious and delightful.

Decent dim sum place. However if you've gone to one dim sum place you've pretty much been to them all. There's honestly not much difference between this restaurant and the next with the exception of a slightly elevated view if you get a window seat.

First time at Phoenix Restaurant and it was the best place in Chinatown for a view and ambiance Staff very attentive , excellent service and food was so tasty and fresh! Had the dim sum offerings and were so good. A definite must try!

The Phoenix restaurant is a bigger more welcomed restaurant in Chinatown. I have been there many times with my family or my friends since last April. The dim sum offered from breakfast to lunch is not only very delicious, but also made to your liking. And at that time, we can get a cheaper price. There are many styles of dim sum in China, such as southern sweet series, western spicy series, eastern seafood series, and northern salty series. I really liked their dim sum, and I rank it highly.
I always order some my favorites either classic-fish or shrimp dumplings every time. Their dumplings are made in house and not only have very beautiful shapes but also taste very delicious. They have such thin skin that we could see the filling outside. The waitress told us that the seafood was very fresh because it was sent there immediately when it had been just fished from the ocean.
But the service there was really unsatisfactory. We usually wait a long time for the dishes, and the waitress or waiter were not really enthusiastic.
