“The customer service here is spot on. They are very warm and welcoming. I decided to stop here to purchase a couple sandwiches. I purchased a medium turkey hoagie and a medium corned beef hoagie. The food was delicious 😋. The meat was thick and dressed nicely with their toppings. The bread is a great selection for their hoagie. I also sampled a ham hoagie which was delicious as well. I will return. Also, they had real banana pudding from scratch not like these imposters selling fake banana pudding. It was a hit very good and nice homemade southern style. If you buy it you won’t be disappointed.”

“I had a neutral experience here. It wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I only got a drink and a pastry but the order was not right. They heated the pastry without asking so by the time I got to it it was hard. Overall it wasn't a bad experience with customer service but I wouldn't choose this location as my first choice again. Side note: the drive thru is a little of a tight squeeze so be careful.”

“Some very good southern comfort food in a chill and cozy spot. The shrimp and jalapeno and cheddar grits were great. The grits were thick and that's the only way they should ever be served (#teamsavory). I didn't love the breading for the fried green tomatoes but, overall, the food was all very good. Next time I'll try their desserts too but we were all too stuffed to even look at the dessert menu.”

We started coming to your shop a few weeks ago and I have to tell you the customer service that those girls have on Friday mornings that are there from about 10:30 to 12:30 are unbelievable. But they’re sweet, they have great manners, their customer service skills are impeccable, and most of all they’re so nice to us. “Got two Pupusas one pork and one steak. The pork pupusas definitely was the best at 8.9...the pork was on point with flavor. The steak was just ok the steak meat seemed low quality wasn't really hitting to me 7.4. Next, I got a Mexicana Torta which has steak, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, with panels cheese. This was decent it's a large sandwich just like before the steak was hitting 7.8. I used the green sauce to help out but it only helped it a little. I wanted to like this sandwich. Should've gone with the pork thou. Wash it down with a Pineapple Fresca that was quite refreshing 8.7. The customer service was cool, and the ladies working were super nice. Overall 8.3.”

We enjoyed 3 steak tacos, 1 tongue, and 1 al pastor all flavors were on point tongue was very tender. I would ask for the al pastor cooked a little me well in my opinion. We also had 1 melanesa torta of beef steak 5/5 real good. The fresh water pinapple drink was made with all natual fruit . Overall spent 35 but well worth every dime. “I had a great experience. The Chicago dog was amazing. He had a great flavor and fresh taste. The jerk sausage was also really good. The fries are also excellently seasoned and toasted. The vegan burger was also tasty. I don't live in Chicago, but I would definitely come again. The customer service was great and they were very nice. The wait was long, but it was worth the wait. The maple bacon donuts are perfection, and the cinnamon sugar is also amazing. Even as a standalone donut shop, this place could thrive. Would recommend.”

“So, my best friend and myself were trying to find chicken and waffles for her, and I was hungry for some fish so we stopped at a place near me that didn't have chicken and waffles or any of the sort. Found this place, and made the drive from the burbs to try it out. So worth the drive! They have a lamb special on Thursdays which we both got along with the chicken and waffles. So freaking delicious. Lamb had a very pleasant Sutter sweet and garlic flavor. Chicken was juicy and crispy. All sides were delicious. I can't wait to come back here again.”
