“I come all the way from downtown Chicago just to eat here, the staff make you feel at home. The gyro burger is ome of my favorite meals here, the prices are fair the place is cleaner than most other places I've been to everything is nice and clean organized here the food is great smells good the staff is amazing and the young lady who served me my food beautiful beautiful woman she knows what she's doing smart intelligent and likes to get things done. I'm still coming to Firehouse Chicago style is worth my two-hour Drive it's totally worth it I love the food here love the staff love the people and the service is just amazing I give this place 10 out of 10 I want to give it more cause it's just so great. Just come here for Evette just come for her she knows what she's doing and she gets things done.”

Tho I had a long wait for the check and couple of food issues Hence the 3 stars. Ordered chicken fried steak and eggs with well done crispy hash browns. Food came out quickly. I did immediately notice hash browns nowhere near how they were ordered. Ordered an omelet to go, asked that it not be over cooked (NO brown) it was all over brown. I was very disappointed this was not noticed by the waitress before bringing me the plate or packing to go box. All said, the food I did eat was delicious the omelet, (HATE OVER COOKED EGGS) went uneaten. I will be back with my husband next time to give it one more try on getting my order right, and upping the star rating. UPDATE. Second times the charm!! Excellent food, awesome service, no complaints.”

“My family and I is giving my father a 85th birthday party on October 13 2019. We went to the Mirage for a food tasting on February 18, 2019. The waitress was excellent. The food was very good and tasty. They even gave my great nephew some chicken tenders, fries, and corn, which he loves chicken. The restaurant decor is very stylish. The rooms to the hotel is very nice also. Violet was very helpful and meet our needs to the best that she could do. I just want to thank the Mirage establishment's thus so far. “Do not be fooled by the location or view from the outside, this place has the best civiche in the north western suburbs. The freshness of the ingredients can be tasted in every bite. Homemade salsa and chips are not overwhelmed by salt. Drinks are not water downed and beer selection is adequate. Staff are friendly and efficient. Only draw back is lack of more fish dishes on the menu. Steak fajita was excellent and well seasoned. Give it a try, won’t be disappointed.”

They checked in frequently with us and refilled our drinks. - My water glass was dirty before I drank out of it. But that could happen anywhere. Just wanted to give you a heads up if you eat here.
