“The tamales are FIRE!! Moist, airy (not dense), and fully of meat. I bought the rojos con pollo, verde con pollo, rojos con puerco, and a oaxaqueño para rematar 🫔 The family devoured them!! For me, the oaxaqueño was top notch and by far my favorite kind of tamal to eat!! It was SUPER moist and almost gooey…and LOADED with sauce, meat, y muchísimo SABOR. Just the way I like them. The champurrado was also very good. This was my first time trying Isela’s Tamales and I know the wifey will send me to Isela’s for otra dozena 🫔🫔🫔”

I tried the house hot sauce on them . Good selection of cold beer and drink speciasl. Friendly and helpful service get you some of this before it gets too popular and can't get a seat .. “I am not one to usually try a place without a prior recommendation, but since this place is about a block away from my work I figured I'd try it. I had the Pepper Steak pizza, and it was very good. It smelled amazing, and caused a co-worker to try some. It was very good. Thin crisp crust, cheese was good and the sauce they put on brought it all together. Highly recommend.”
