“This place is exceptional! Never had an issue up until last night. The food was off to say the least. Reyna, the manger was quick to fix it an make it up to me and my wife. We were thinking of never coming back to this location but the manager and her professionalism made it all better. After all people/cooks make mistakes and it could happen in any place.”

“I love the Panera concept: fast food that has healthful ingredients, but in the past months I have noticed consistencies in the quality of the food. As an example, I recently ordered two tuna fish sandwiches which were swimming (ha ha) in mayo. There was more mayo on my sandwich than I would consume in a month. Were they out of tuna? Then just say so. Typically, this place is pretty good, just not as good as it used to be.”
