“I love the Panera concept: fast food that has healthful ingredients, but in the past months I have noticed consistencies in the quality of the food. As an example, I recently ordered two tuna fish sandwiches which were swimming (ha ha) in mayo. There was more mayo on my sandwich than I would consume in a month. Were they out of tuna? Then just say so. Typically, this place is pretty good, just not as good as it used to be.”
