“The pizza is very good, I generally purchase the slices. I've been noticing the slices are getting smaller and smaller. They use to have generous portions, but guess that's in the past. Might do better just purchasing a individual size. Definitely disappointed with some (not all) of their counter staff. One young lady doesn't seem to want to work. She ALWAYS seems to have an attitude, she's never pleasant except when she in one of the young male employees face he hawing. Other than that and the fact its time to get rid of the carpet throughout the restaurant. Why have carpet where food and drink is constantly being dropped and spilled thats why I don't do dine in anywhere. Carpet holds so much bacteria and germs. Switch to wood you guys make more than enough money! Just saying.”

“Inside River Oaks Mall. I've visited this place several times. The burgers, fries and rice bowls (especially with the jerk chicken) are all phenomenal. The customer service is decent but could definitely use some fine tuning. Today I anticipated trying the jerk chicken sandwich, and as I was stepping to the counter, the cook was headed back into the kitchen. There were other people back there and he never made any of them aware that I was waiting to place an order. How rude! After about three minutes I just walked across the food court and ordered from another restaurant. I don't care how good the food is, I'm not paying for bad customer service. They just lost this customer for sure.”

I work nights so I always grab some breakfast from them, 2 eggs scrambled with cheese grits, instead of hash browns, butter salt and pepper with ham( a humongous slice)... They are super friendly... “My Daughter and I had breakfast at Denny's this morning ( Feb 22, 2019) Our witness name was Janet. She was so nice, kind and had taken care of us very well. I ordered a Skillet breakfast and my Daughter ordered a Grand Slam Slugger if I got it right. My Daughter suggested that I would enjoy having my eggs like a omelet, so I told her okay. At first our waitress Janet and I was confused, then we understood what my Daughter was explaining. Anyway Janet checked on us frequently without interrupting us. She was the only waitress that I've seen going from table to table ( smokin) taking orders so fast left and right. I told her" I putting in a compliment to your Supervisor about you and she said go right ahead lol. The Supervisor thanked me, at first he thought I had a complaint about Janet. I almost cried in front of the customers because she the first waitress that I really felt comfortable with. Janet helped us and suggested items, she really cares about her customers. Thank you so much Janet and we'll be returning and asking for Janet.”

“I had the hard time looking for a place to park but you have to park in the bank lot. Then when I enter the building there is a 10.00 service charge where you get your hand stamped. I have to make my way around tons of people to get to the bar, which it was a line of people after 45 minutes of waiting finally order a drink. The drink looked good but it was just to strong for me to enjoy. People standing all around so there really isn't any room to move. Security and the waitress, waiter where very nice and friendly. Couldn't enjoy myself. If you come out Friday & Saturday karaoke night come early to get a table. Found out that there was a 2-3 hour wait on a table. Everybody was having a wonderful time. Just didn't want to wait 2-3 hours for a table. Please bring somebody that don't drink cause you need that sober driver. Several people left 3 sheets to the wind.”

They were patient in answering all my questions about their food. This was my 1st time here. I am a picky eater and I'm a food critic especially when I eat out. I like flavor and Reggae Island delivered. Even after you are done eating, you can still taste the sweet taste of the food in your mouth. Not a yacky taste but a good one that will make you go back. There's nothing negative to say about this place except that they don't open on Sundays!!! Booo lol... Great food, great service, great portions and amazing taste.
