“I had sandwiches, soup, and cookies, and everything was delicious, especially each kind of bread and cookie. The decor is also very cute and the place is comfortable. Customers kept coming through the door to pick up their bread orders, and we all received excellent service from the young man behind the counter. Keep up the good work! I also heard him say it was the baker's (his mother's) birthday that day, so tanti auguri!”

“This is an average standalone Dunkin Donuts restaurant and coffee shop in Arlington Heights. They carry all of the average items and coffee flavors that you crave. There is plenty of seating inside and they have a busy drive thru lane. The items were what I expected and average priced.”

“Often good food, but some issues I have are: 1) Meat and cheese are cold on breakfast sandwiches (even though the bun and egg are hot). Probably a Panera franchise issue, but still annoying that I have to go and use the microwave before I eat. 2) NOISY! and I don't mean the customers. The business phone (and/or food alarms?) ring and no one answers. It rings incessantly, and excessively loud, for 15-20 times before the person hangs up or an employee answers. AND if you sit anywhere within a 20-foot radius of the pick up counter, you have to listen to the constant buzzing of the pick up buzzer until it shuts off after 2 minutes. But then the next customer comes and you have to be interrupted again. Not conducive to getting any work in.”
