“Hey Nonny seems like it was a great food & live music joint before Covid 19, and they have also shown themselves to be adept at adapting to the new protocol. I really like the expanded outdoor seating options which allow you to watch the performers while maintaining a safe distance. The giant open windows make inside seating feel safer as well. The wine list has reasonable choices for a neophyte like me, and the cocktail list is very inventive. All the staff is phenomenal. Attentive, careful, and considerate - I hope they are getting well compensated by the venue & by customers. I had the shrimp & grits and it was delicious. A great evening in these weird times.”

“Wow amazing!! I have been saying the area needs a place like this for the longest time. We ordered some Sunday brunch and it was phenomenal! The staff were also super friendly and cheery when we picked it up despite the downpour. My fiancé is a tough critic and he couldn’t stop raving about the chicken biscuit! Everything about it was delicious some of if not the best chicken we have had. We also loved the pop tart, honey beet latte And mushroom coffee. We can’t wait to experience the in person dining when this is over! You can tell how much love and detail was put into everything - even the coffee cups were cool!”

“Wonderful breakfast, my son enjoyed the Gentleman's Spud... a delicious meal of strip steak, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, eggs and cheese encased in hash browns. Also had a size of pancakes and a side of corn beef hash. He ate every bite. I had the brioche French toast...delicious. We will be back! Great service too.”

Their lobster tail is always superb, as are all of their other seafood and meats. You can't go wrong. If you want to save money, try the calamari steak and/or chicken. They're delicious! I personally like the zombie drink. They also make a mean Long Island Iced Tea, which may make paying the bill less difficult. If you want to be more traditional, they have the big and small size Sapporo beers. Soup, salad, rice and desert are included with the meals. Popular place for birthdays. They do a little song and give you a special dessert if it's your birthday. We've been coming here for 15+ years, and we have never been dissatisfied with the food or chefs. The owners take good care of their customers, especially if you're a regular.”

No matter where i travel, if what top rated breakfast joint i try it always comes back to the fact that Walkers is my all time favorite breakfast place. Their French toast rocks the house. The pancakes are absolutely sublime. The bacon is thick and perfectly crunchy. Even the coffee is great!The service is always friendly . Bottom line is that it doesn't get better than this.”

“Today I enjoyed my best Portillo’s experience ever. I’ve been enjoying Portillo’s for decades but today’s total experience was so perfect it actually inspired me to take the time to write this review. The restaurant was super clean, a greeter who was a friendly character, sped up the process by taking our order while standing in line. He then handed it over on a piece of paper to hand to the cashier. The cashier verified everything was accurate and sent us on our way. The thing that really grabbed my attention was the beef sandwich with hot peppers and dipped, with fries (my usual) was PERFECTLY prepared. And I mean EVERYTHING was PERFECT. Kudos to Portillo’s for not resting on their laurels.”

For the uninitiated there is something special about the moment you step foot in the door of an Oberweis store! You smell the waffle cones and the various ice cream flavors, it is beyond intoxicating!! I have always enjoyed a few staple items like a Strawberry Malt or a Hot Fudge Sundae and as you sit down and enjoy it with your family the smells overwhelm you with the desire to take more home with you, which I always do!! The Blueberry Pie ice cream is awesome!!!! I recommend this place as highly as possible!!! I love Oberweis!!!!”

“Great prices! All the food came out at a good reasonable time and everything was good. The only thing that I did not like is the fact that they do not accept credit cards. I understand it's on the back of the small paper menu but it needs to be put when you walk into the door. Luckily they have an ATM on site for a $2 fee.”
