“Great custard!! Better than Culver’s. Our custards were ready pretty quickly but I wish they had some type of numbering system as others had ordered the same type of custard so it’s hard to tell whose it is. Medium seems to be the most popular size too. The only thing to improve on are the mixing. I ordered two mix-ins and my two mix-ins were literally separated into the top and bottom half….”

“The food was all very good. The corned beef had was made fresh, which is very hard to find. It was noisy but it was also Mother’s Day and they were packed. We had a reservation and they sat us right away. They have an espresso/juice/smoothie bar. Today they were on a special menu but that was still very large, two pages! It looks like they updated the decor from the last restaurant that occupied the space. It is light and bright! The patio is nice and big, that will be great when the weather gets nicer! It’s right next to the parking lot. The wait staff was very kind. We would definitely go back!”

“Went here for the first time this Thurs with a party of 8 for a late dinner at 8pm. We were seated right away. And the place is half-packed. We had the premium set which offered seafood and intestine options. Banchans were delicious. Service was excellent. Place was not smoky and well-ventilated. The Strawberry smoothie is supposed to have real fruit chunks but it didn't have it and it was way too sweet. I had to dilute it with water because it was too much. But other than that it was excellent place and will come here again.”

“Going to Bowlero Mount Prospect was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to have a good time. The Tuesday deal is unbeatable for the quality and cleanliness of the place. The bartender/server, I believe her name was Lisa, was wonderful and always was making sure we were set on everything we ordered. The pizza, fries and drinks came out in a very fast manor and tasted great.”

“This place is awesome! I can’t wait to try lunch. I had a perfect Denver omelette, my wife devoured her Florentine eggs benedict and the kids loved their pancakes (as did I 😉). It’s a gem. Great food, quality ingredients, good portions, great service and clean! My wife particularly enjoyed the fresh flowers. A nice touch and a reminder to bring some home to my better half more often. You can tell the owners care. It can’t be easy to open a restaurant in this pandemic with a shortage of staff and rising food costs. We were happy to support a family owned restaurant. We met the daughters, all hands were on deck to help. We’ll be back soon with our appetites!”

“Staff is helpful and friendly, and food is always good. It's one of the few places around here that has teenage employees who are rude. Lou's has the best deep dish around hands down. We get ours with the butter crust well done and oh my gosh is it amazing!!!! Tiramisu is delicious. Love the house salad and homemade ranch. Their thin crust pizza is so delicious as well. Crust is always delicious and crispy. Great and easy for a quick and amazing meal!”

“I was at this location a few weeks ago. Went through drive thru - which was packed - but moved fast. Paid by credit card, got my food and took off. 5 miles later, I realized that i forgot my credit card in my rush! I went back and they had it in the safe already! Nice job! While i was waiting, a parent approached the manager because her daughter dropped her cone and asked if she could get a new one - which the manager happily did so. Keep up the great customer service - where you're a name and not a number - keep being friendly and treat people with respect and they will likely return. I hope Chick-fil-A continues to eat the competition with this simple business strategy = including great chicken!!”

“You select what size and crust that determines the price. I had their most popular size 11" thin crust for $9.60 including tax. Then you go down the line selecting sauce, cheese and toppings. There is no limit to the number of toppings you select. The pizzas are baked in the traditional brick style pizza oven which takes only a few minutes. You can finish your pizza off with a drizzle topping like pesto & oil and about six others. My pizza was crisp and delicious. They also make salads using the same toppings as the pizzas.”
