All the items are authentic and freshly made to serve. All staffs are very welcoming and hospitality minded. The price for the food is reasonable. More spacious to have business conversation or personal family space. If you have kids and parents it is a nicer widespread place to have personal space and feel free to eat and have good family conversation. “Loved it! I knew I would. I love Cooper’s Hawk anyways, but I’m super glad this one opened just outside my neighborhood ! I will definitely become a regular. It’s clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing, food and wine is excellent, and service is great. Both times I’ve been here already I’ve had Julian we my server and as a server myself there are certain things I look for. Julian is the best server I’ve had out of anywhere I’ve been! Very attentive, great charisma, and made the entire experience that much more phenomenal. He also remembered my sister in law and me and who doesn’t love that? ????”

So this weekend I was in town and my family and I decided to grab something to eat at Portillo's. Oh My Gosh, the food was even better than I remembered! The service was top notch and very quick. They even say cute little catchy phrases when your order is ready. Still 5 stars like I remember. I wish we had one where I live.”

“We needed a place for a large family group to have breakfast before members headed home after a funeral weekend. There were 22 of us and a family member called the day before for a reservation. Anna was our server and did a wonderful job. Everyone was happy with their food. Yes, there was a wait but I can't imagine it is easy to get 22 plates out at the same time. Very fresh, large portions. The little donuts with dipping sauces were amazing. We'll definitely go back again.”

“One of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The wait staff was quite possibly the best, most attentive, and quick-on-the-draw with everything. The food was amazing. Literally. I was amazed at how tender, juicy, and flavorful some of the cuts were. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's expensive, to be sure, but it is a wonderful way to splurge. We were here taking my cousin to dinner, and my wife and I brought our toddler son with. The staff was great with our boy, too. Bacon-wrapped chicken was my wife's favorite. I particularly enjoyed the bottom sirloin and the filet.”

“Panera used to be my favourite. Well this time it was kind of nasty surprise. So you place your order on a fancy screen where everything is clear and easy to use. You get your pager and... you find out that there is no bread for your soup. Than you go to get your drink and the lemonade containers are empty. Restroom waste bin is full of used paper. After you finally figure out where to leave your dirty dishes you find out that there is a bunch of dirty dishes and full garbage bin. Well... Panera was never like that. I was there late but it was still open and people were coming and going. Staff should take care of every client not those coming in certain hours.If it is open it should be fully functioning if not close it after lunch because what is the reason to keep it open?”
