“I am so excited to have one of these in the area. I seek them out whenever I am traveling. Please do yourself a favor and order the Million Dollar Bacon. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. I have had their breakfast items, salads, power bowls, and delicious entrees (shrimp and grits.... yum!!) and everything is so delicious. I went here and told them what happened not expecting to get anything remade or refunded, however the manager did remake the drink and did not charge me for it. “I go to this Starbucks because they always make my order correct now that we can’t pour our own creams and sugars. I order a tall iced coffee no classic syrup 2 splendas with 1/2 half and half. NIKKI was great! She offered to make me a drink to try an Iced decaf breve latte for free to try and see if it tasted the same. It did! She said it was easier to order that way and comes decaf ( I nurse I only get a little one to not get so much caffeine ) I was just blown away that she offered that and to help me so times to come I can correctly get what I really want! So all in all shout out to Nikki who went above and beyond for me just to help out her customer!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️”
