“This is a particularly nice little Starbucks. It's just off Ogden, but it's tucked away so that apparently no one knows it's there. Every time I've been in here it's been only semi-busy. Not empty, but not packed, either. It's perfect for when you just want to snag a cup of coffee and work on your oral defense for an hour while the kid's at dance class, or sit quietly and chat with a friend. Some of the Starbucks are way too loud, either from the patrons or the music. Neither is an issue here.”

“I was trying to be adventurous and tried a new drink from Starbucks. Unfortunately I didn't like it and had to go back. The baristas there were all very understanding and fixed my order by giving me something else. They were all very helpful and kind. Francesca helped me out with my order and was patient with all of my questions. Those girls were so sweet and made sure that my day was better when I left and were all upbeat and joyful. They made my day so much better ! Was very nice to see a little bit of sunshine from them during this time.”

“Busy but efficient. Thats how they have to work being in the mall and having so many customers stop by this small location. Almost feel like someone dropped a large shed in the middle of the walkway and made a Starbucks out of it. That said the staff there was nice and the place seemed clean. Sometimes the lines stretches out the door so be ready. But a nice cup of hot chocolate they do serve (this according to my 5yr old). We shall return.”

“This morning, I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, expecting the drink I usually get. Turns out I actually have been ordering it wrong this entire time. I'd ordered a Nitro cold brew rather than the vanilla one. The worker at the window, Nadia, was kind enough to provide me with the drink I had meant to order, free of charge. “Kari is very nice, makes good effort to communicate with customers and that’s a great thing to see rather than a bland “okay your order will be over there”. She also makes sure my guava white tea lemonade has sweetener in it which many Starbucks location forget to do. Everyone at the Addison Starbucks really makes their store look amazing and feel like a real & safe & good place to go to for your Morning drink/food. 10/10.”
