“I'm giving 4 stars because the food was great, our server was nice and my husband said the service he had years ago was awesome. When we arrived there were a few groups ahead of us. We stood in the hallway waiting for around 30 minutes. When we finally got up to the "rope" we waited another 5 min before someone said anything to us at all. She told us to sit at the bench to make more room so everyone could get in. She kindly requested the door remain shut because otherwise it let's in too much heat. Understandable. She also offered us drinks. What I don't understand is why they don't have someone up front greeting anyone. Then when we were seated, it took our waitress another 10 min to come take our drink order. Fortunately it was smooth sailing after that. My friend who treated our family out wasn't going to leave a tip because of our experience... but the waitress made it up after we got our drinks. Let's just say I'm much nicer than my friend lol”

“7 people, Arrived at 2:15, ordered at 2:30, 3 tables that arrived after us received their food before us.... food arrived at 3:48 some of our food was missing initially and had to wait an additional 10 min to receive our full order. Great place if you don’t have plans or need to be anywhere, atmosphere is great, scenery is beautiful, staff is friendly. Food is pretty good. Would love to see a faster turn over from order to eating. Table nachos or peanuts may help people from getting hangry.”

“It was our 16 Year Anniversary yesterday and we decided to go to the Grafton Winery and what a great date! We were met by a very nice lady who helped us find a great area to sit in. Little did we know, when we were leaving, she was the owner. Very nice, with a warm welcoming smile. Thank You for the Dining experience. Everything was great. Note: Peach wine is great....You should try it.”

“Terrific food. Excrllent service. The place e very busy on a Sunday afternoon. The server was very attentive without hovering. She kept the drinks full and brought food to the table hot and fresh. The food was very beautifully prepared. We ordered deep fried alligator tail and fried shrimp. Both were tasty with crisp breading and tender meat. The shrimp was the best we've had in a very long time. My companion compared it to shrimp from bull shoals and better than shrimp from key west. Cocktail sauce had a pleasant kick without overpowering the flavor of the shrimp. The sauce for the alligator was creamy and flavourful. Home made potato chips were freshly chipped, warm and crispy. They were served with a spicy sauce that complimented the chips and the rest of the food. Overall a great experience in a busy Sunday. We decided this is our favorite place in Grafton and a place we will share with friends and out of town guests.”

“Shuttle service is great. It’s nice to be picked up and dropped off where you’re staying. Service was good and the food was a much bigger selection than I would have thought. They could benefit from a few more restrooms. This place seems to get too busy for the amount that they have. The view is about what you’d expect from a MO winery. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway, this would be a good place to visit.”

“Good for a quick bite if you're starving and low on cash. Girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful, as much as she could be anyways. Got the 6 wings for less than 3$ didn't come with sauce but they hand BBQ and ranch packets to compensate. As far as hot food that's all they got in the BP. If you're willing to gamble with your guts or just plain hungry and poor, try it out.”

“My family and I came here on a busy day. There were people everywhere enjoying themself with food and drinks while overlooking the river during sunset. There was live music and, even though they were extremely busy, our waitress would still regularly check up on us. We got our drinks quick, but it took a while to get our food. It was a great night and we stayed taking and drinking for hours.”
