“We have dined in twice since the restaurant opened and we definitely will be regular customers! The interior of the restaurant is very clean and the renovations all look great! The food has been excellent both times we have visited and it’s so great to have an authentic Mexican restaurant in the Huntley area. They have 5 different salsas to choose from and they are all delicious, that is definitely a plus. You get 1 order of free chips and salsa also when you are dining in! The menu has a great selection of items to choose from and we definitely look forward to our next visit to Tacos Jerez. PS their horchata is AMAZING!!!!!”

“This is a brand New location. Nice and clean. Staff behind the counter looked little confused and must have been a shift change cuz there was not many hands on the deck. “I read all reviews and was not sure to order from them for a party. I called and talked to the general manager and she was very nice. I went to pick up my order and the general manager was there and she greeted me when I walked in and hand picked my order herself. I know they have a lot of young employees and I think they just need a change. There is always a learning curve and I think they will get better with time. I would for sure go back to this location.”

“I needed a fan belt and thought that getting it online would be the best deal.When I got it online it was the wrong size and since it came from China it wasn't worth sending back.I went to AutoZone for the fan belt and believe it or not it was cheaper and it fit the first time. I won't make that mistake again, I will go to AutoZone first. I also want to mention how helpful they were. What's the belt for how big is itand do you have the old one so we can measure it.”

“I dined by myself and sat at the bar. The bar was fairly full. The bartender greeted me in a prompt manner and was friendly. I asked her for drink specials, which she relayed accurately. She was very attentive and handled multiple customers very professionally. Great upbeat atmosphere and the food I ordered was generously portioned and delicious. A definite good family friendly neighborhood bar worth visiting.”

“Tried the mini beefs on two visits. Fries once. Beefs were very tasty and I enjoyed the crisp exterior of the bun. Good fries. Cole slaw would be a welcome menu option. Great to have a beef sandwich place close by. I used the drive up window around 2pm and didn't wait longer than other drive up places. Service was very friendly.”

“I visited this Panda location on my way home today. Usually I visit either the Crystal Lake or the Algonquin location but the employees and their attitude at those locations has annoyed me to the point where I made sure to stop at the Huntley location today. The place was packed as there was a fundraiser going on but the employees made sure to be very quick while still very courteous and they definitely had a great attitude about being at work. I spoke with a younger girl who's name I unfortunately did not catch but she was wonderful and made sure I was taken care of and knew the expected wait time for a new batch of items to come out. I also interacted with Karina who was absolutely fabulous. She appeared to be in a very pleasant mood and let me know that they want to make sure their customers are satisfied with their complete service and food received as this location won't be successful without it's customers. The food tasted very delicious and was exactly what we expected to receive in our order. There have been many times where I get home from the other before-mentioned locations and a side sauce has been missing or half the food fell out because the box wasn't closed or other issues have occurred. This was definitely not the experience with the Huntley Panda location. I will definitely be returning to this location, even if it's not always in my way home, just so I can experience the positive attitude these employees shared and have my order given to me correctly.”

“Wife and I went here for dinner Wednesday evening about 5. I had the vegetarian fajitas and my wife had the fish tacos. We were both full when we left. There were plenty of vegetables in my dish; mushrooms, asparagus, red and yellow peppers, a little tomato; all sautéed perfectly to my taste. The sides were good if typical, but the salsa is excellent. My wife loves fish tacos and these were very much to her liking! By the way, the refried beans tasted homemade, the way they should. I think we will be returning, especially if they have open air seating at some point.”
