Francesca's by the River

We hosted our son's rehearsal dinner here. The food was fantastic and we got compliments from everyone including our guests who required a gluten free meal. Gabriella was most accommodating and wonderful to deal with. The service was great and we never felt rushed.

Our waitress, Dawn, was an absolute gem. Great server and wonderful personality.
The food was outstanding from salad to dessert and everything in between. There was one problem, which Dawn corrected in grand fashion. My wife ordered lamb chops, which she was ultimately told that they were out of. As a replacement, she ordered the pork chops, which were delicious, by the way. To compensate for not having the lamb, the pork chop entree was taken off the bill. Talk about a class move! I like everything about this place and you can be sure we'll be back time and again.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants. The food was great and they always have unique and wonderful creative specials, which I love...I had gnocchi tonight and it was the best I have had. The service is great too...Mary Beth is the best server...Ever!
I highly recommend it.

The most surprising thing about the service is the friendly buses. I'm used to friendly servers but the the wait staff here really perform as a team. Kudos to the management for fostering this culture. The food by the way; is always great.

Stopped in for dinner tonight after work. Place was nice and busy which we like to see for a St. Charles business. Our waitress Victoria was great. She was very attentive and knew when it was a good time to check on us. Made us feel very welcome and will definitely be coming back!
