The Water Bar | St. Charles, IL

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! As someone who has celiac disease finding a place to eat and drink anything can be hard. I love knowing that everything in this place is safe for me to eat! They even make desserts I never thought I would be able to have again because of my celiac disease. Everything here is delicious and I 1000% recommend it to anyone. Even those who don't have to eat a specific way.

Great little spot for morning beverages and gluten free sweets. My wife and I got the coffee flight. Admittedly it was overpriced for what you get. It wasn't bad though. Just too much cash for some different flavored sweetener and foam. The baked goods are very good and the staff is kind. I'd come back for some other items to try. I'd skip the coffe flight though.

Love this place! I reached out to Waterbar to see if they would tackle a non-toxic (free of artificial dyes etc) smash cake for my little one. They took on the challenge and boy did they deliver! Not only was the cake super cute and exactly what I asked for- it was delicious!

Sweet little place to get healthy, dietary-restriction inclusive food! My coffee and pastry were both good. Only complaint was that it cost $4.00 for a 12oz coffee.

Tucked away right next to downtown St. Charles. Our favorite part was the customer service we received, everyone went out of their way to be inviting, helpful, and kind. We tried the coffee flights and pastries here - phenomenal! I love that they offered for us to split the flight or do your own and helped us customize each coffee to our liking. 90% of their items are gluten free and some are also vegan. We don't have any food intolerance, but loved the healthier aspect of everything here. And honestly, with the way everything tasted (YUM!) you wouldn't think it was healthier! Great option for those looking for a great coffee flights, gluten free donut date, or just a great Cafe. The atmosphere is so welcoming and clean. They also have energy drinks, protein shakes, bars, smoothies, etc. We ended up getting so much and loved sharing our experience with everyone.
