(May 18, 2020, 12:05 am)I have been to countless Starbucks in my life and have spent countless money at Starbucks but Starbucks downtown St Charles at 101 South 1st Street is by far my favorite! Olivia has gone above and beyond each and every phone call and visit especially during this Corona crisis for the essential workers and First Responders! She makes my day, which are very hectic these days, much more endurable and puts a smile on my face every day! :-) Everyone at the store is very kind and professional but Olivia always goes above and beyond! :-)
