“Just walking in, it's wonderfully decorated and the lighting creates a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and warm. I ordered the Chubo's crispy chicken sandwich, which was huge! Hot crispy chicken patty with all the fixings. I also got the dough nuggets, which were hot and perfectly seasoned. The wedges were piping hot, it was all very delicious. My friend ordered the 3 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes & gravy, and those plus the biscuit was very tasty! I'm going to get that next time. That, and a pizza! Can't wait to go back.”

“Can not say enough about this place!! Its unbelievably quaint, for starters. Food...AMAZING. Parmesan crusted chicken was to die for and my husband's burger was out of this world. The owners helping in the kitchen and serving was nice to see, like they care about their establishment and their staff! Great smiling, friendly staff too! And we didn't feel like we went broke going out to dinner. I'd give 10 stars if i could! Can't wait to go back!!”

“I've been here several times and even hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. It's a great place. My only only complaint is the lack of things to do in the toddler room. There's lots of open space to run, which is great, but maybe a ball pit, more cars and more things to climb on would be great. The older room looks more fun, but she won't be going in there for another 2 years... Overall, I love the relaxed atmosphere and that I can see my kid wherever she is in the room. Nice comfy seating too.”

“My wife and her boyfriend went on a date there and really enjoyed it. Drew slaughters the pigs in-house which really adds the whole ambiance of the place and the buns are baked in traditional Armenian fashion of diving into the dome-shaped oven headfirst and plastering the dough on the sides. However, finding the restaurant was a little tricky, having to find the secret book-lever in the library was a nice touch but the part where you had to climb through the 7 levels of Hell left my wife's boyfriend concerned for his safety. Great place for a quick bite!”

“My first time here because I had a coupon. Close by and hungry. The carrot cake is so moist. The sandwiches were piled high with the trimmings. The sweet tea could have been a touch sweeter. But good non the less. I can’t wait to go back for another sandwich. Makes my mouth water thinking about it. Great customer service with smiles. Very clean place. “This is a second location to the amazing one in Woodstock. Walked in and the building is big and beautiful. Staff friendly and very attentive. We sat at the bar. The margaritas have more options then I remembered but the Cadillac was exactly how I remembered it.... perfect. One thing I always loved about this place is all the steak options. In my eyes this is a Mexican steakhouse. Algonquin and the surrounding towns were needing a good authintic Mexican restaurant and I am glad we finally got one.”
