“It’s a sports bar but family friendly in the afternoon. We had an appetizer- Whole Lotta Steak Nachos, which was tasty. The chips were fresh and the toppings were generous. Our meals were: The Chef Salad-big portion, good and filling. Nashville rubbed wings- very good; drums had lots of meat. Fries were delicious. BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger w/onion rings- very good burger onion rings are really good. Grilled Shrimp, coleslaw & broccoli- I omitted the rice. Shrimp was tough & bland. Coleslaw tasted like milked down vinegar. Broccoli was good. Didn’t try any specialties drinks. Our waitress, Megan, was excellent! She was very attentive & pleasant. We had a nice time. It wasn’t crowded so can’t review with full dining & bar. Would try again but different food.”

“The fish was the best you can eat anywhere and the big chicken was very good as well. The big problem for us is always the food is cold or just barely warm. I realize it is the nature of a buffet but it would help if they can figure out how to heat it up more. My husband got a steak which was cooked in front of him and that was still cold so obviously it was just warmed up. The service people are very pleasant and helpful.”

I'm from the Houston area, and it's difficult to find brisket (and anything else on the menu) this good down there. Real Texas BBQ, not burnt meat with sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's is nasty). “If you are looking for a place for laid back, family dining, this is a great place. I go here about every 2 months. Their chicken fried chicken is definitely a reccomendation. “Not a terrible experience, but not the best. Rice and baked potato were overcooked. Broccoli wasn't cooked enough. Lobster was extremely chewy. But there were a few good things. The server and service in total was excellent. We got our appetizer and entrees at average speed. The server was extremely nice and we made a bit of small talk. Scallops, shrimp, and salmon were all cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes were very creamy and well seasoned. Overall, I have mixed feelings.”

“It's always a wonderful experience getting Hibachi here. The chefs are fun, entertaining, and witty. I do however wish the waitresses had a bit more work ethic. They typically sit at an empty hibachi table and play on their phones or stand at the bar and talk amongst themselves. Just about every time I go in for a meal here, especially hibachi, I don't get a refill for my drink until I'm waving them down for them to come to my table. Same with removing the dishes from appetizers or the clear soup and house salad bowls, they sit there the entire time the chef is cooking and sometimes they're just not removed in general until after we leave. Very small space to have to many empty dishes. Otherwise the food is great, the atmosphere is fun, and the prices are acceptable for this type of establishment. I'll continue to come back for the hibachi chefs and hope to see improvement in the waitstaff.”
