“Holy cow! That's some good cow meat! We finally tried Asadoras yesterday and really liked it a lot. The empanadas were very good, made with fresh ground beef (never frozen). But the burger was amazing. Again, fresh meat that was tender and very tasty. Whatever they're using to season it, wow!! My suggestion is to NOT add ketchup or mustard to the burger because it would ruin the taste. We got the Original with just lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese and it was perfect with just that. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a great cheese and bacon sauce. Yum!We met the owner, Kristen, and she was exceptionally nice and courteous. It was such a pleasure talking to her and having this meal here. Local owners for a local business with excellent food and service. Seriously give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.”

“As the assistant manager at the time of that particular day and as being 1 of the 3 employees to deny You were denied because the "person behind you" appeared to be "friends" with you. As well as neither one of you looked over 40 years old! After taking a alcohol training class with the OSWEGO POLICE DEPARTMENT the 2 employees and myself included did exactly what we were supposed to do! So unless you wish to pay the employees that you cost there jobs to I suggest being more careful when it comes to purchasing your alcoholic beverages. Any employee at any store that doesn't do this is not doing there job correctly! ”

“Portillo's is one of those places that you HAVE to get when you're in the Chicago land area. Each location has it's own unique feel to it. My 4 and 2 y/o loved the trinkets hanging from the ceiling, the huge gears, the music, but most importantly the food! They loved the hot dog with cheese fries. I enjoyed half of my bacon cheese burger because my 4 year old had a bite and loved it so I gave him half of it, and yes he ate it up!”

“Pretty good first experience. Took them awhile to sit us (2) and actually sat other groups before us even if they had arrived later. The food took longer then expected but our waitress was very attentive and any random wait staff that saw we needed anything would easily jump in to help. At the end they offered us free desert for the slow meal and that kind of hospitality wasn't expected. If it's even similar to this every visit I'd fully recommend.”

It’s always freezing at this location, therefore making it very uncomfortable for us patrons when we dine in. Especially when the AC vent is blowing from above hard. 2. I just ordered “to go” via the app, and, the order was incomplete. My daughter had to go back and claim the missing items. Please put the temperature to a comfortable temperature and train your staff properly to double-check to go orders. We should just be able to pickup and go without a worry.”

“How can you give a gas station a bad review... Lol!! It has plenty of pumps so even if busy you can still get in. It has a pretty decent car wash so you can get gas and a clean car at the same place. Plus the workers when I've had to go in have always been nice! They keep inside and outside clean so feel safe going here any time of the day. Bonus, its minutes from my home so great when running low on fuel!”
