The menu looks incredible. I had the jambalaya and it was some of the best I've ever had. Just make sure you get the large, because once you start eating you won't be able to stop. I will certainly be by anytime I'm in the area.

I purchased 2 crab cakes and a large portion of smoked salmon, yesterday at the Schaumburg farmers market.
Delicious!!!
My husband raved about the crab cakes, which he had for dinner, and said,to get them again. Lots of them!!!
The smoked salmon, was wonderful.
I'm looking forward to buying more of each, next time I'm at the Schaumburg market.

I learned of Soft Wave at the Kenosha Public Market - a farmers market held every Saturday in downtown Kenosha, WI. I stopped by the Soft Wave booth and looked over the offerings he had. I decided to try the smoked salmon and purchased a pound. He wrapped it up and I went on my way. When I got home and was putting it in the fridge, I decided I would try a sampling of it. The first bite was just incredible! I almost ate the entire pound as I stood at the kitchen counter. This is the BEST smoked salmon I’ve ever tasted!! I will buying more things at next weeks market

I am a first time customer of Soft Wave Fish and will definitely be ordering more!! The fresh fish was delivered within 48 hrs of my order. When the delivery arrived, my husband and I were in the backyard and did not hear the door bell. The driver proactively left our fish inside our garage refrigerator and called to let us know that. We really appreciate the quick and convenient service! We grilled the fish this week and it was delicious!! Highly recommend!
