I wish I could give them a 5 star rating, but their prices are just too high. Otherwise excellent service and yummy food.

Good food and pleasant staff. Bathrooms could use a little tidying up. It was a good experience overall. I would go back for sure

Service needs improving. The initial glow of this location seems to have worn off somewhat. I ordered takeout at the register. There were several problems. The cashier input my order incorrectly, first charging me for two soups instead of one. While still there, the manager refunded the extra soup charge but it turns out the refund was for less expensive soup. One of our sandwiches was wrong which I didn't discover until I got home. I was not offered any sauce for my chicken strips. I had to ask for a drink carrier, even though I was by myself and had 3 drinks and an over packed bag sitting on the counter. Also, why not just provide an extra paper bag instead of cramming my entire order into one bag that couldn't even be closed?

Always a great experience here. Polite and efficient employees. Good food.

We had ordered a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies at a prior visit and taken them home with dinner for my son and his friend. The cookies were very dry (stale.) We called to complain and they said they would take care of it the next time we went in. Although it had been several weeks since then, when we went in today, the manager was very nice about it. My son did not want more cookies so he allowed us to get 2 milkshakes in exchange. No complaints about anything else we've ever ordered from this location!
