“Pleasantly surprised. I had the Korean pork tacos and the Pastor tacos... both very good Came in Friday night, and had to wait about an hour. They only have six tables but pretty good-sized bar. It was busy, and the servers were not very attentive but they were friendly and courteous...and our food came out very quickly. Definitely will return”

“Drove by it but we never had a chance to stop in. Today we stopped in and I’m glad we did! Chips and salsa were great. Tried it with other sauces and was delicious. Also had the steak quesadillas and steak torte. Everything tastes fresh and great. Owner dropped by to say hi and was very nice. We will definitely go here again when in town. Definitely get the chips and salsa to start out with. Service was also great and friendly. Sue was very attentive and always made sure to keep our drinks full and asked if we needed anything. Would come again 10/10.”

“Update Feb. 2019: I am increasing my review from 3 to 4 stars. While I have never had a problem here, service seems to be especially friendly in recent months. They were never unfriendly, just all business, but now everyone seems to be happier and friendlier every time we eat here. The food is unchanged and still very good, but the extra nice service deserves another star. Definitely makes me want to go back more! Decent Chicago style hot dog & Italian beef place. Not the greatest, but not bad either. Prices are very reasonable. Menu is huge with all of the typical types of things you would expect to find at a place like this. Not a very big place, but never had a problem getting a table here.”

The restaurant has gone through several renovations over the years, but the excellent food and service still remains. The breakfast foods are my favorite, but they have excellent dinners as well. If you're a fan of rice pudding, you must try it! You won't be disappointed.”
