“I ordered catering for 20 people very last minute. I stopped in right before closing and they were happy to sit down with me and work out pricing and a menu. They offered me a great deal with delivery for 11a.m. the very next day. The food was delivered right on time and very hot/fresh. There was plenty of food for 20 people probably enough for 25-30 people honestly. I will definitely use China Star again for any catering needs I have!”

“Just found this yesterday. Cheery looking from the outside, yet quite cramped inside. Very clean, and yet the booth space is tight and the tables very close together. Tried the spuds. Toppings were great, and they were willing and able to adjust toppings for preferences. Not bad all around, but somehow the potatoes cooled quickly to where they were quite cool as we were finishing them. Soup was okay - broccoli/cheddar. Good yet not great. Cookies were quite good, but sugar is like that. Counter service was friendly and quick. Food came to the table quickly. Plates were removed quickly too. Next time we'll try sandwiches...”

I think there is a better value out there for a cup of soup and half a sandwich, but I'm probably in the minority based on demand. Parking at lunch can be a burden but you can park in the hotel lot and walk a bit. It's Panera, they're everywhere, and this location is as good as any.”

“I really want to love this place and I think a single tweak could make it something that turns it into my go-to donut place. There needs to be something other than a single cake donut to use as the base. I love that I can choose the frosting and topping but the donut is always the same. A yeast-based option, maybe a cinnamon roll, etc would give you so many more options to experiment with and create some variety. I hope this place makes it but I've tried my fill until there are more options.”

“I didn't care for the Hawaiian pizza as the pineapple with the already sweet sauce was too much, but my favorite topping combo here is pepperoni, ham and green olives. Something about that salty combo pairs perfectly with the sweet sauce. Waitresses have always been pleasant although it does seem to take a while to get your pizza when dining in. Great things are worth the wait! Expect to pay more for your pizza than big box chains, but again, the fresh ingredients are worth it. Grady's pizza dough is outta this world and always cooked to the perfect crisp!”
