“Good, reasonably priced fast food. However, beware! We have on numerous occasions arrived for a dine-in meal only to find doors locked because they were UNDERSTAFFED! Only the drive-thru was open. We, first thought this was a local area issue but recently went to a store in the St. Louis area and came across the same issue. Now we're not talking late hours which would be a little more understandable but late afternoon hours. What could be causing such a practice???”

“Imo's pizza is very good. It would be nice if the east end Imo's and the west end Imo's would run consistent specials. My pizza was good however I initially ordered it because I was informed on Wednesday from 4-8 PM it was buy one get one free large pizzas. No that's the west end Imo's our special is buy an extra large get an extra large half price. It was disheartening because my friend lives in that area but I live in the west end and it seems like I will have to order my food across town if I would like to have special offers.”

“Great service!!! I ordered 2 cookies and they forgot to put it with our order. Did not noticed until I got home. Called and spoke with the manager,Bill. He was very friendly and apologetic. He gave me a courtesy delivery to my home just to deliver 2 cookies. My home is out of their delivery range. Tara was here with the cookies in 15 minutes. “They have an excellent team that provides outstanding customer service and the best tasting pizza around. The manager Chris is awesome and has made this store the best one in Belleville. I would never eat at this location prior to this. I would eat at the one across from the fairgrounds and he was an excellent manager there and the food was delicious. And the staff was awesome. But now I go to the Belleville West location because it's the best its staff are very courteous and pleasant.”
