“Yes, it is finally open! The food is delicious and for my first order I went the safe route and ordered boneless wings (spicy) with the seasoned fries. They both taste just as great as the Chinatown location in Chicago. This place is small and carry out only. I would have loved to see some bar stools/ counter height tables and chairs. For a carry out only place the food doesn’t travel well, so rush home! I am excited to come back and try more menu items.”

I think to charge $5 for that is way beyond reasonable. That should be priced like a side order ($1.75 would be plenty profitable for them). It was probably barely 2-oz of zucchini. I don't know how they justify the price on that.”

“The pizza was delicious and just like I remember from 63rd Street. I will say though, I've had issues with Palermo's in general with their customer service (or lack thereof more specifically). It was my first time there at Frankfort location and since I'm sensitive to previous visits to the "other" locations I noticed that neither the owner or the young lady who rang up my order (in unison) looked at me, said thank you, nothing. I gave my name and he stated the price and that was the last words to me, no eye contact, nothing. I'll go back for the pizza but I think they can work on the attitude toward customers.”

Had a large lunch order for a chess team (it was ready in 20 minutes)then I forgot to obtain an itemized receipt...called back, they said no problem, it would be ready and waiting for me when I arrived. No sooner did I pull in the parking spot, but one of the guys was running it out to me. I never even had to get out of the car! Very impressed, nice staff!”
