“Yes, it is finally open! The food is delicious and for my first order I went the safe route and ordered boneless wings (spicy) with the seasoned fries. They both taste just as great as the Chinatown location in Chicago. This place is small and carry out only. I would have loved to see some bar stools/ counter height tables and chairs. For a carry out only place the food doesn’t travel well, so rush home! I am excited to come back and try more menu items.”

Highly recommend the GYM SHOE, it’s three different meats cut up in this sandwich: italian beef, corned beef, and gyro meat….smothered with gooey cheese and washed down with some frozen lemonade, the best! The cappuccino crunch ice cream was a huge hit with the family too. Will definitely be back! Oh fyi, everything is halal except for the hot dog and rib tips.”

“The main man is reason for the very best pizza I have experienced in ALL Chicagoland. Pizza - I ordered thin crust, with sausage and mushrooms. The pizza was esoteric full blown Italian old world cuisine at its best. The crust was clean and gentle to the touch crunchy perfectly baked to a tongue breakable delightful perfection. The sauce was of a clean robust flavor which was outstandingly delicious and not overburdened with too many spices. Perfection ! ! ! The cheese was full bodied yet light at the same time which allowed for a beautiful non clumping, non stringy but very tender delight for my tongue. The Italian sausage was incomparably seasoned to the Italian Sicilian Calabrian connection of Olympic Gold Medal perfection. The Mushrooms were thinly sliced to enhance the essence of all the magnificent subtle flavor combinations presented. What my Great Grandma said to my Great Grandpapa was "Oh Papa, lets do it again" . . . RED STAR is easy to remember because it is a fabulous 5 STARS”

It's a half mile out of my way on the way home from work but it's well worth it. I've been going there for 5 weeks and all employees Ali, Sammo, And Kay they all know my name and pay attention and treat every customer the same and help everyone that I notice they give them the opportunity to review and check out any product or smoke piece. Anytime you have a question when you're buying something they know everything that you're talking about and are very knowledgeable. I get my cigarettes from there I get my wife's Vapes from there and I need tobacco pipes that I need they have the best prices and an awesome variety. I can say over and over again how much I like this place and I tell everybody at work about it too. “The chicken was great and so was the toast. The fries are good, but nothing special and the cole slaw did not make an impression on me. I can see this being a restaurant that I go to every couple of months maybe. With such limited choices and the chicken being the only standout, no reason to go more than that. The service and employees are the reason for 4 stars, would have been lower without them. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked if they could help me. I had come in to pick up a mobile order, it turned out I had not finished all steps in placing the order, so they did not have it. I ordered at the counter and had my food very fast.”

“This is a hidden treasure in Wilmington. My wife and I were always driving to Joliet for Coffee. We are a giant supporter of small business owners and I was truly overjoyed by how the service, atmosphere, and menu were beyond our expectations. Besides the food service, they sell other little trinkets, plants and offer cozy seating. My only observation for improvement is that the store has limited access for wheelchairs. Luckily we have our own ramp. Without it, my daughter would have been unable to enjoy what they have to offer.”
