“Went to the car wash today, and I didnt know that it didnt take cash. I didnt have enough money on my debit card. I couldnt get out of line as there were a line of cars behind me. I had no idea what to do, so I called inside and explained and asked the gentleman to please open the doors so I could get out and instead of coming out there with an attitude, he bought my car wash for me, told me to have a nice day and asked me to pay it forward. If that is not customer service, then I have no idea what is. If more people were as kind as him, this world would be such a nicer place to be! Im sorry that I did not catch his name, but thank you soo much, for the great customer service, sir!!”

“After a previous 1star review of mine, I didn't visit this location for ~2 months, until the convenience of its location got me again.. I raised my review for a few reasons: The manger I had issue with seems to be more on-point than before where it comes to quality and service. The crew appears to have nearly all turned over and there seems to be some decent quality crew members now. The overall speed and cleanliness is improved (albeit not far improved.. especially the cleanliness, but I take my food to go.) I've visited 5 more times and got consistently good enough results that I felt sufficiently like a hypocrite if I didn't come here and update my review. I'm not sure if they're listening here.. but I remember it anyway and feel like it wasn't a fair assessment of its current state.”

“They are really fast at making sandwiches. Even though I've seen mostly teenagers working when I go in, they're always really friendly and professional. The delivery drivers are also really quick and friendly. The few times I've had their catering service (usually for club meetings), everything is correct and labeled. “Haven't been here before. Good size place. Floor and tables were clean. My sister wanted their Shrimp. I am not big on fried food, but the piece of Shrimp she shared was good, no greasy taste. I had their Chilli, nothing special and a Beef Sandwich. The Beef was on a par with the many many others I have had since getting to Chicago. Even with it being dipped the bun was tuff. I would stop there again.”

“Simple place to go with kids on a budget. The food was good and they kept the pizzas coming out very often. So they are fresh and hot out of the oven. The kids enjoyed the pizzas and desserts that's always a plus. You can place a custom order pizza with them. They kept the salad bar well stocked. The pizza variety was good they had pan pizzas, regular crust pizza, and the thin crust I liked the most. I'm not saying this is the best pizza I ever had but it's good enough to go with kids that won't break the bank and not a fancy place where you know the kids won't eat anything.”

“I have been at this Panera few times already and I really enjoy the atmosphere and friendly stuff. My last visit the cashier accidentally charged me more for my order and when I bought it up to her after reviewing my receipt, she apologized got the manager involved and refunded for the overcharged item 100%. In addition to that my child could not believe how delicious his chocolate chip cookie was, "best one I had" he kept telling me. I am so happy that Lockport finally has his own Panera Bread and it's doing well.”

“My husband and I went here last night for the first time, and I can say we were not disappointed! The staff here was very fast and friendly, the environment was warm and welcoming. “how is a great Dunkin Donuts there's three within a 10 minute drive of here many do not have the greatest quality coffee; especially the one down on Bell Road by 141st terrible always has been..this one located inside of the Speedway gas station is consistently great always had good quality coffee open every day from 4 in the morning until 8 p.m. at night and on Sunday from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. at night full service drive-thru sandwiches like a full-service Dunkin Donuts only just sits inside of a gas station..”
