I talked to 2 seperate girls (I had to call back and change something) Both were very polite, Kaylynn and Katy I believe. When I came to pick up, usually it seems very upbeat. This time, the girl at the front was rude. I did not catch her name, shorter dark hair. but it is very unlike most of my visits here. She didn’t smile once. I don’t even think she said more than two words which was to sign my receipt. Usually the faces of the stores are more energetic so I was surprised. Overall, would recommend Lou’s. Great Chicago pizza!”
