The spice from the green sauce was not overpowering but left a lingering tingle in the mouth. The other dish was the Avocado Benedict. It was a nice simple dish. “Flew in around midnight and this was the first place we stopped! We went on Thursday morning when it opened, there was plenty of parking. Walked into a cozy, relaxing store. Since it was early and I was wanting coffee I decided to go with the sugar cinnamon pretzel and the Cookie Butter Cold Brew with Oat Milk. The pretzel was warm and coated with just enough SC. We also got the Italian Beef Pretzel. It comes out warm with a side of cheese and peppers. The Cold Brew had a great taste to it, but I did need to add a package of raw sugar because I like my coffee sweet. We decided to play a game but only got to one round before this family with 3 kids came in and the littlest one was screaming because he didn’t like the pretzel in front of him. Luckily we were done, but really wanted to enjoyed the morning sipping away. (It is summer, so kids will be everywhere!) I would definitely go back again and try other pretzels and coffee choices.”

“Our picky eater daughter says it was the best fried chicken she’s ever had!! The waffles and one order of tots was a bit cold but the chicken was very hot, juicy and crunchy; a great combination. Both kids liked the boba also. We tried 4 of their sauces and all were good and vary depending on your preferences. They were not busy and we got our food fast. The staff was good at explaining the menu. The price was a bit higher than expected (limit your sauce counts) but the chicken wings were much larger than we expected. The boneless chicken was larger than expected also.”

“There was a lot of speculation with this location as to whether or not it would succeed dealt the already congested harlem Ave and busy intersection at harlem and addison. After being in this location multiple times , I can say this location works very very well. It's not too crowded , the traffic isn't a nightmare and the staff is top notch. I got the Carnivore Omelette with roasted potatoes and Carmel pecan banana pancakes. The pancakes were good! They tasted great, perfectly topped with Carmel, pecans and bananas. The omelette for me was laying in a pool of grease. I'm sure it didn't help from the Meats and cheese of the carnivore omelette but it wasn't eye appealing at all. Service was great! The doughnuts also looked amazing but didn't get around to ordering them and giving them a try.”

“This place was ok when we asked about the mofongo the woman at the counter couldn't tell us what it was, we asked her other questions about the food the but she didnt seem knowledgable about the food. Other than that food was decent, we had the jibarito bestek plate. The rice could need work it was on the mushy side, plantines we felt was a bit to hard for us and underseasoned.”
