Got, Generals chicken, no broccoli or carrots just a ton of chicken, no liquid in the bottom of chicken pan, not spicy at all. Came with white rice, no side. Veg fried rice had egg, broccoli, water chestnuts, mushrooms, green peas, snow peas, carrots. Everything came steaming hot. 29 minutes from the time I clicked submit until he was here. “WHAT A TREAT! We just happened upon this place and figured we'd give it a try. On the way in they were coming out to cut the ribbon at which point they told us we were their first customers. I had one skirt steak taco and one chicken taco, they were both delicious. Great quality meat, great flavor and the steak was cooked to perfection. My mom had one chicken and one fish taco and said the fish taco was amazing as well. The tacos are a good size and I was quite full after eating two not to mention the complimentary chips and salsa they brought out. Right as we were about to leave they brought out some beef stew to try. It doesn't get better than this. All in all I will definitely be back and recommend everyone give it a try. We need more places like this to stick around! Support local!”

“We finally have a great family pizza place in the neighborhood! We eat a lot of pizza, and have been missing Via Bella, since it closed. While VB was pretty decent, they could be inconsistent. But I'm happy to report that our first experience with Slice and Ice was great, with very generous fresh toppings and a crisp but thicker crust. We had the Pineapple Express and the Veggie (with added pepperoni), and were amazed at the great flavors and freshness and abundance of toppings. When ordering on the phone, I expressed interest in the Italian ice flavors, because I was thinking of putting some in my freezer, and when I arrived the very friendly owner (assumption) just handed me a couple large ones to try. Wow! Who does that! Very generous. We had the lemon and the mango, which were refreshingly real tasting and not artificial or too sweet. The mozzarella sticks were also surprisingly delicious, because the crispy coating wasn't the usual dull breading, and more like a tempura. Seemed fresh, not frozen. Couldn't get enough of them. Overall, I'd say that their pizza is better than Giordanos, Gino's, Lou's, and Nancy's as well as any of the national chains in the area. Slice and Ice is comparable to the esteemed Caruso's, on the far northeast side, but with a more inviting friendly neighborhood vibe.”

“We've ordered with the app twice now since this location opened. Both times our pizza has been ready 5 minutes early for pickup. The pizza has been hot loading it into the car. We've tried a few different pizza to get an idea of what we like and we've not had any complaints. Their hand tossed seems to be the perfect amount of dough if you want it, but the thin crust has a delicious crunch that's not so heavy on the carbs! The brownies are very good as well. At the time of this writing, the app currently has 13 different coupons to choose from if you feel like. Robinson really didn't need another pizza place, but Domino's is the best take pizza out for the money around.”

“We love Jordo's pizza! We discovered Jordo's through the Top 20 card offered by the Southern Illinoisan. Just look at the awesome pizza! It's super cheesy, the crust is strong and delicious and of course it's homemade! Their $6.99 lunch pizza and salad buffet is unbeatable. They also have great customer service; we went in towards the end of the buffet time and no other customers were in at the time, but they prepared us a fresh split pepperoni and sausage pizza and grabbed us more lettuce for the salad bar. They even offered to prepare another pizza, but the one was good enough for us. Support your local restaurants, especially the delicious ones like Jordo's!”
