“Imo's pizza is very good. It would be nice if the east end Imo's and the west end Imo's would run consistent specials. My pizza was good however I initially ordered it because I was informed on Wednesday from 4-8 PM it was buy one get one free large pizzas. No that's the west end Imo's our special is buy an extra large get an extra large half price. It was disheartening because my friend lives in that area but I live in the west end and it seems like I will have to order my food across town if I would like to have special offers.”

I would never eat at this location prior to this. I would eat at the one across from the fairgrounds and he was an excellent manager there and the food was delicious. And the staff was awesome. We will continue our patronage of your establishment!! What a TERRIBLE PIZZA & service!!! The manager was unprofessional & rude. I called to let them know my pizza was over cooked, poorly made!! He tried to tell me when I should call in if a pizza is not quality. I advised I had not had one before this horrible & he was making excuses as to why the cheese was over cooked & how no one else had complained as evidence that mine was fine, the customer must be the issue. What a horrible representation of a pizza as well as services. Even though I told him I did not want another pizza he did not offer any reassurance of better service in the future. Please choose another independently owned Imo’s. No business is perfect that you will not do your level best to create a stellar opportunity for great service.”

“Looked them up online to see menu to make a delivery order. I had to call them because their order online would not let me pot bacon on the thin & crispy crust. Placed order, was delivered, & everything was good. But when I looked on receipt it had a $5.00 delivery charge. Not like that was all that big of a deal but it stated on their website that $5.00 delivery fee for 4 miles & free delivery for orders over $25.00. My order was $36.65 . I called and asked about the delivery charge & was told that it is just if order online. This is misleading & desciving. & somewhat poor customer service. Just be warned if ordering delivery online or over the phone what the policies are.. I don't think I will be ordering delivery from them because of this "misunderstanding".”
