“I have had both positive and negative experiences with cashier's at this particular store. Last night I was on my way home from a really bad night at work. I stopped at this particular 711 to grab a coffee and as I was getting my coffee the cashier must of noticed I was crying, she put her hand on my shoulder and asked me if I was ok and asked me if I needed a hug..just a simple gesture as this completely turned my night around. “The food is super good. The decor is super cool and the staff is very friendly. They do all the big things great! It's the little things with their food they need to hone. 1. They need to up their tortilla chip game.its very apparent they are store bought. 2. They need ranch for those chips like every other Mexican restaurant in northern Indiana ;). 3. Need real queso for chips. 4. SALSA! Really need a red and green salsa for the chips and specially for the authentic tacos. If they can get those little things working then this place will be a 5 star and do really well. Place is really cool for sure.”

“The place filled up at 9 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Absolutely crazy the number of people that wanted in at that hour. The wait was long because of the sheer amount of people. The food was excellent and the simple fact that you could have a mimosa with breakfast was great. The biscuits are homemade and you can taste it. Give the homemade tater tots a try, only get four with breakfast, there were simply not enough. The atmosphere, awesome, from the music to the decor. Just go, so very worth the wait.”

“What a wonderful place. I had the Caribbean Shrimp, served in a hollowed-out pineapple half, swimming in an amazing spicy red sauce with rice on the side and 2 plantain “flowers.” Maria greeted us, explained the offerings with pictures of each dish, her 3-year-old son quietly interacted with us (we fell in love with his eyes and sweetness), and she served us a delicious flan for dessert. People rave about the Thai bowl, take-out business was brisk, the ambience was sweet, and space cozy. Soft music played while we were there. No alcohol is served. It’s wonderful to see hard-working people move into our neighborhood, gift us with their native cuisine, and share their love of food.”

“It's been about 10 years since I've been to a Hardee's. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss combo and my husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger to eat inside. It wasn't nearly as good as I remembered it to be. The employees didn't smile or greet us. I had a bit of reservation when there was a gentleman standing at the counter who asked the employee to please hand him his ham and cheese sandwich which had been sitting under the heat lamp for several minutes. We ordered and got our little plastic number/flag, filled our drinks and found a table. I then went to the restroom and when I came back to the table to sit down I noticed our "baskets" sitting under the heat lamp. I knew they were ours since we were the only customers inside at that point. The employees were more focused on filling drive through orders than bringing the food to the patrons inside. The girl who took our order made eye contact with me three times and still the food wasn't brought out. As my husband stood up to go ask for our food she began putting it on the tray to bring it to us. She brought it out and apologized for the wait and said that she'd given us each an apple pie. While it was appreciated that she threw in the free dessert, I would have much rather had our food while it was hot and fresh. The employee that was bagging drive through orders continuously coughed over the food she was placing into bags without any attempt to cover her mouth. Won't be back.”

“Service was okay at best. I went a couple months ago on a Friday. They were very obviously understaffed for a very busy night of the week which led to stressed staff and long wait times. Had to wait an hour for a lane, not bad, then had to wait about 30-40 mins for food, not good, then I had to wait 10-15 mins to just pay my tab, really bad. Its clean and fun, but staffing needs to be evaluated to meet the demand appropriately.”

“Great service, good food. I will start with this, I generally like Arby's food. An order of cheese sticks with meranera sauce, a soda , and a sandwich. I typically order their full sandwiches which include lettuce, tomato. However, I do not care for the sugar injected Hawaiian buns they started using several years back. Trying to avoid a diabetic cause for disaster, I ordered the large fish sandwich with a regular sesame bun, which is also sweet, unfortunately, just not as sweet as the Hawaiian bread. It was OK. The sauce was a bit mild, a bit more tang would have upped the flavor. This restaurant has been around for a long time. They have always performed well.”
