“I have had both positive and negative experiences with cashier's at this particular store. Last night I was on my way home from a really bad night at work. I stopped at this particular 711 to grab a coffee and as I was getting my coffee the cashier must of noticed I was crying, she put her hand on my shoulder and asked me if I was ok and asked me if I needed a hug..just a simple gesture as this completely turned my night around. “The service was excellent, my coffee cup was never empty and our server checked on us several times. My husband enjoyed his breakfast very much. My pancakes just were not all I had hoped for. The syrup had a different taste. It wasn't real butter served with the pancakes. Hopefully, next time we go, it will be better!”
