“I loved this place, the beers were creative and delicious. The facility is just cool. You can see all the inner workings of the brewery and distillery either from your seat in the bar/restaurant. Or from the little upper deck and lounge area they have. The staff there is a great crew who loves to talk about the beer and liquor they make there. The waiter I had was slinging me sample after sample of creative and delicious beverages both in the beer selection, and in the mixed drinks selection and giving me the creative history behind it and everything. Very impressive place. Great for any beer/ spirit enthusiast. I plan to return as soon as I can.”

“This HotBox location is absolutely fantastic! As an operations manager, I used them for catering several times over the holiday season and they exceeded my expectations every time! Marketing Director Jorge worked with me to accommodate employee dietary restrictions and odd drop off requests over Black Friday weekend. They even included plates, napkins and individually portioned out the cheese sauce so each employee could have his or her own. The excellent pizza was accompanied with exceptional communication throughout all of my orders. The food was fantastic, but the service I received from Jorge and every other HotBox employee I encountered was even better. I will continue to use this location for all of my pizza needs!”

“Do not understand this chain's popularity. My lunch was considerably better than the one I had at the keystone crossing braNch but the chicken atop my salad was small and overcooked. There was no balsamic vinaigrette dressing even tho it was specified on the menu. Service was slow and prices high. Tea was so weak it looked like green tea and we had to refill our $2.50 cups of coffee ourselves from a nearby service bar. The water carafes on the tables are appreciated and it is bright and clean”

Everything came just as we exactly ordered, they were delicious, except they were too salty. If Chipotle Corp. care about their customers for the long run, they should make their foods healthy, not salty. 11/5/18 Always good and fresh for me. 3/26/19 I had chicken bowl with chips and guacamole and Dos Equis. It makes me so relax and comfort. But they are bit salty. Besides this problem, everything is good.”

“I have been to 4 locations and have no complaints about either of them. However, this particular location was my best experience so far to date. They managed on Pi Day of all days to stay polite, patient, neat and tidy, beverages stayed filled (whereas that's been a bit of an issue at other locations who seem to take forever refilling the Blood Orange), and to top it all off the Carmel location moved the long lines so fast I was impressed enough to write this review.”
