“Went here based on a recommendation after every other place around was looking at an hour wait or more. They were able to squeeze us in within 10 minutes, which is awesome! Our server was great and explained the menu and concept very well. Food came out fast and super hot! The food was amazing! Excellent excellent excellent. I didn't know what to expect with a place that specializes in meatballs, but dang they were good! Excellent variety of sauces and meat types and sides. It was a one of a kind experience. If I'm going to go out to dinner it better be something I can't just make at home, and this was wonderful! So glad we went here!”

“Has become our favorite Mexican place around the far north side, so far. They don't hesitate to make fresh guacamole upon request (for my wife who doesn't like cilantro). Service is super friendly and genuine. I've been trying all kinds of new things from the menu and am never disappointed in trying stuff. There is a bar, but no liquor. Seemed to be under staffed not sure what was going on, but they were pleasant. There also seemed to be a build your own menu option. Enjoy.”

“We ordered Rosati's at work, and I tried the thin crust, double dough and deep dish pizzas. The thin crust was pretty standard, not a bad pizza. The double dough was great! It was my favorite of the bunch. The deep dish was good. The crust was excellent, but I think it could have used more cheese. If I order a deep dish again, I will ask for extra cheese. I liked Rosati's, and I will be eating their pizza again.”

“I am not a bread person at all. I normally don't even eat dinner rolls if they are served. However the bread that they use to make the kolache is amazingly good. A lot of different flavors to choose from. I had a hot polish sausage and a sausage gravy. Both were delicious. Definitely worth trying.”

“Saltus is our latest favorite lunch spot, we go 2-3 times a month and almost always go for the gyro and Greek fries. The fries are always perfectly crispy with a large amount of feta cheese on top. I have had the regular and the spicy gyro and overall prefer the regular. The chicken shawarma is another popular item for us as well as the hummus as an appetizer. Glad to have a great Greek option close to work!”

“Love love love this place. Family run and personal! Food is cooked to order right in front of you. I've ordered fries before and had them dropped and fried right in front of me several times! It's good and fresh and made with love. I've never had to wait and I wish I still worked closer so I could run out on my lunch breaks. The restaurant isn't much to look at and it's a bit worn and well loved, but it's always clean and never any bad smells. Don't pass this up because appearance. This is one of the best places.”
