“This place was a nice find. We stopped overnight in Indy on our way to South Carolina. We had tired and hungry kids and stopped here for food. The service was awesome. Chips came out immediately, server was attentive and very friendly. My son spilled milk all over the floor and she ran over and told me not to worry about it, quickly moving us to a clean table. They were fast to get it mopped up and kept telling me not to worry. That was nice. The food came out pretty quickly and was very good. My kids are pretty picky eaters and they were thrilled. If we lived closer we would be going back often.”

“The employees that were there during my time of visit & purchase were loud & obnoxious. Though I could not see them everyone could hear them.Music was way too loud.The employee at the register whom took my order, & collected my money as if there was no issues or concerns.When they call my order one of the pizzas was a mistake and that costed $5 extra dollars due to the toppings.I did not know at the time of purchase due to the fact that i assumed everything was heard and understood correctly.”

“Been eating at Steak n Shake since I was a kid. My mother swore by them. Love those steakburgers. Love the $4 menu. Kids eat free on weekends. Can't ask for much more. Don't leave out the outstanding 3 for $3 meal, shakes, and coupons. Only place other than Wendy's and Jack n the Box that I like to get a burger. The hamburger really taste like hamburger.”

“We have mixed feelings about the flavor, but best I can describe is it is a sweet chili lime The Good: Chicken was fresh and cooked very well Prices are very reasonable The Bad: Waay over seasoned, like you can literally see mounds of powder seasoning sitting on top the food and it all has the same seasoning longish wait they don't have coke or pepsi or sweet tea Overall, we might go back and order it with no seasoning after cooking since it was cooked very well”

“The food is really good. Everything I have tried was very flavorful and given in hefty portions. The only reason why I gave four stars is because they need a better system of paying. There is only one server and one register! There is a constant line due to this. Today there was a lady who ordered 14 COMBOS and held up the line! So expect a least 30 minute line wait!”

“Staff not very customer oriented. The young lady working the counter handed the sandwiches to me but didn’t bother to offer napkins. We had to literally hunt for napkins which ended up being behind the counter where the young girl was more interested in playing with co workers than to bother with finding out if I needed anything. I asked for a fork so that I could eat what had fallen out of my sandwich and the young lady said, “oh, we don’t have any forks here”. Sandwich was good but not worth going in the place to eat it.. should’ve taken it home .”

“This place has definitely went down hill. Rolls are dry and smaller than back on the day. My bacon cheese burger was good, but they have like 5 fries that were under cooked. Good took awhile and we had to wait to eat when we did get out food because we had mo silverware nor did my husband receive his tarter sauce he asked for. The place has been remodeled, but looked dirty. Won't be back to visit that location.”

The staff was quick and kind, very delightful and ready to help. “Still seem to have issues with KFCs not having enough product ready to serve when you come in during prime times (like lunch/dinner). Seem to always have to wait on extra crispy whenever we order it to go. Service was somewhat lacking - the young man at the register, when he wasn't working, was more interested in looking at his phone. Trying to be 'subtle' about it, but not really. Can't have your head down behind register looking at phone instead of finding something work-related to do in his 'spare time'.”
