“The drink was delicious and the counter service was very friendly. However my sister and couldn’t sit and talk with the very loud music playing. We asked them to turn it down and they did slightly but then it seemed like it went back up after a while. “I decided to try a new coffeeshop today. The place is close to my apartment and off 45th Street in Munster. It's located on the main floor of the new apartment complex. The lady at the cash register was very nice. I had the Begare, which is a cold brew with banana syrup and peanut butter foam. It's so good! The peanut butter foam is light and nutty. The drink is very smooth! I'll definitely be back to try their other drinks and gelato.”

“This is such a cute little restaurant, and the staff are super friendly! There's a good variety of shareables and artisan pizzas. I ordered the brie toast, vegetarian Forager pizza, and miso pickled eggs. The brie toast and Forager pizza tasted pretty good, but they were quite charred, and I could taste the burnt in some bites. The portion sizes are modest, and the prices quickly add up if you order more than one item to try. It's a nice place to go out on a date with friends, etc.”

It was absolutely delicious and wish i had a place near by in Alabama. This place is drive thru only, the workers were extremely nice and they always have a little chocolate covered espresso bean on the top. I always got the large with chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. I definitely recommend this place. They are VERY reasonably priced, as well. I’ve been to many, many coffee shops and this one still sits at the top of the list for me. We will be back to this location and shop!”

I've often heard about avocado toast but have never seen it on the menu. I had to try it here. For those of you who might wonder what it is like, it can only be searched as a flavor-filled explosion in your mouth! It was such an unexpected delight! One friend ordered southern biscuits and gravy, just like her Kentucky grandmother used to make. She had to stop herself from locking the plate. In her words, the biscuits were as soft as a cloud. My other friend ordered the salad with the chicken. She was thrilled with the flavorful dish. Our waiter Michael was extremely attentive and polite. “My first time there was on 10/10/23. Really great atmosphere. I ordered the spinach egg bites and the lavender lemonade. The egg bites were good (very good for vegetarians) and the lavender lemonade frozen blended drink which was really good as well. I sat outside by the fire and was really warm in the chilly air. They have a walk up window also inside the front gated area. They allow dogs in that outdoor space. They have indoor and outdoor seating and tables. I will have to try their coffee next and maybe a sandwich or something. So far it's all positive. I really like Runway 19.”

They have an excellent cold brew, and they offer a wide variety of other drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas. They also have a variety of milks and sweeteners to choose from, so you can customize your drink to your liking.
