“A little disappointed with my dining experience tonight. But I think with a little more coaching and attention to detail, it would have been great. I sat myself in the bar area and waited for my waitress. She came over and I ordered a scotch and soda with lime. It came back a scotch and 7 :( I didn’t complain because who wants to waste good booze. I just let it slide. I ordered the feast for 1. After about 10 minutes the bartender came to ask if I’d like another drink, which I appreciated. About 15 minutes later my food came. The pulled pork was moist, tender and delicious, the beans were warm and flavorful, the cole slaw was cool and crisp, the chicken was great as well..... the ribs..... although they had good flavor they were tough, chewy, rubbery, and I literally had to cut them away from the bone with a knife. Not a good thing when it comes to BBQ. I had finished my meal and the bartender finished her conversation with her friend and brought me my check. I let her know I wasn’t completely satisfied with my food and she offered to discount it. I just said, it’s alright. I’ll give this place another chance in the future, but I hope things will be better upon my return visit. Keep trying Famous Dave’s!!!”

“I come here a lot to eat and never have had an issue. The staff here are very respectful and polite. I enjoy coming here and keep coming back, for not only the staff, but also for the amazing food! I've tried well over half the items on the menu and of course I do have my favorites, almost everything I've had so far has been good to great. There was one item I didn't like but it looks like it may have been removed from the menu. But overall, great place to have some delicious food, great atmosphere, nice staff, and altogether just an enjoyable experience.”

(Women In Need) Program to assist 9 Low Income Single Mothers A Month with hot meals but they will only be allowed to participate once every 3 months and hopefully this will inspire them to get back on their feet quickly. A Friend of mine inspired me to come up with this idea and I've met many women who go through tough times as a Single Mother.”

“I really like Papa Murphys and their service was fast. Great pizza. One issue tonight. Ordered a pizza and tried to use a coupon that came out of a booklet they mailed me. It had an online code and they wouldn't accept it saying it was online only. I thought the code was on the coupon so if I chose to order online I could. Got home and looked at the coupon book and some said in store only. I'd suggest printing online only on the coupon to avoid confusion if you won't accept it in store. Same booklet had the same coupon I could have used in store only. Why make it confusing for your customers if you're offering the coupon in the same booklet. Didn't make much sense.”

“I used to be a regular at this place and came here once or twice a week. I often order their Chicken Broccoli. Some of the staff know me by name and always ask if I want "the usual." Sometimes I get the almond chicken or anything with shrimp. The food is always, and I do mean always, served quickly. No matter how busy they are. The owner is very friendly and there's a southern lady that everyone loves to talk with because she's so friendly too. It might not be obvious if you're supposed to seat yourself when you walk in, or if you order and then seat. I'm a regular and I haven't figured out if they want me to pay when I'm done eating or when I order. They've never expressed a preference--just that I pay. :) I believe there may be some cultural differences that can cause people to misinterpret some of the staff as rude. I really don't think they are. These people are very kind people and they serve really great food.”
