The margarita, however, left a lot to be desired, just a few cubes of ice on the top and when I took a drink out of my straw the mix in the bottom was warm. we ordered two appetizers, they were decent, but a little bit heavy and the sauces didn't pair particularly well.”

“This Jimmy John's is my go-to place for lunch during the work week. Even if there is a line, I have my food in five or less and it always tastes excellent (you can't go wrong with the #9). The people who work there are friendly and seem very competent at what they do. I don't usually eat my food at the restaurant but, when I do, it's a pleasant experience. Their choice of music is also better than most fast-food restaurants.”

“My wife and I ordered the American Burgers with fries. The burgers tasted very good. The seasoning on the burgers was the right amount and did not overpower the overall flavor. The one minor thing I would change would be the amount of lettuce that came with the burger. They gave enough lettuce for a few burgers. Again, very minor inconvenience since I just set aside the excess lettuce. I found the fries tasty and well cooked. My wife wished more came with the meal, but that's just her being her as she loves potatoes. Service was very friendly and the dining room was comfortable. We would definitely go back and order the burgers again.”

“My girlfriend and I were in town for one night and so glad we picked this spot. The food and service is excellent, and the cocktails are delicious! We sat at the bar while waiting for our table to get ready and the bartender Rob served us drinks. He was so nice and so good we decided to just stay at the bar for the evening and have our food there! What an excellent decision that was. Rob chatted with us all night and was both our server and bartender! If I’m ever near Dubuque again I am definitely coming back here!”

“My husband and I had dinner here tonight. The live music was a nice touch while waiting for our meal. We love the patio atmosphere along the Mississippi. My husband ordered medallions for dinner and they came out well done when they were suppose to be medium rare. Our server was very apologetic and stated he would get the manager. Manager came out and was also very apologetic for the steak being over cooked. They discounted our bill and we genuinely feel like they wanted us to have a good experience and felt bad the food wasn't as ordered. I give them 5 stars because they earned it. Grilled Salmon and garlic green beans are the best I have ever had!”
