Lachele's Fine Foods doing smash burgers the old fashioned way! Simple with great ingredients! Their original burger is awesome. Exactly what you think of a great simple burger! I love the use of a sesame bun, you don't see that very often anymore! The vibe in the restaurant is awesome, a sort of modern retro diner vibe and I love it! Employees are cool and take time to chat if you're feeling up for it, but aren't pushy about it which I love! Definitely come support this awesome local business!
Really fair prices, super friendly staff, fast service and impeccably clean. My burger and fries were delicious. I’m really happy to see this area of Ingersoll developing. I’ll definitely be back.
When you're craving a burger, a real, classic, with just a couple fun twists burger. This is the place to go. This is the place I have been wanting for so long. That perfect crust on a smashed burger with grilled onions, sauces that go great with every burger, sandwich, or side. Fresh everything. *chef's kiss* the smell of every delicious meat, fresh buns, crispy fries, permeating the room. My wife had the "big system" and the steak was so tender. The staff was so nice and service was so fast. I wanted to save some of my sugar cookie for later but I just couldn't stop having "one more bite" and then it was gone.
only had it once... BUT, as soon as I bit into my FIRST bite, i felt the POWER of a sullen BURGER GOD lifting its head to realize there was a vessel WORTHY of its excellence once again in this world. I FELT it as it became animated, full of LUST and JOY. EVERY bite exudes this manifestation of GOD. The TASTE was that of 1000 wild mustangs stampeding across the plain, the WILD pioneering spirit of the West on their back. I WILL be back. 5 stars.
ps. do they have milkshakes?
We recently went to Lachele’s for lunch and ordered our meal to go. The place is setup like an old diner and has limited seating. I think at most they could seat 10-15 guest. Overall, the burger was good, and the fries seemed fresh. These are true smash burgers so except a good amount of grease but that just adds to the flavor. I’m sure this place is still trying to figure things out, but everything was solid. I would be curious to try more dishes outside of the burger.
