I just had the best experience here! After having some pretty rocky ones in the past the baristas I had today absolutely crushed my order! And were so polite while they did it ❤️

A near perfect experience. The only disappointment was the time it took to pour a cup of coffee. If the group there can become more efficient then this business will dominate the industry. Kudos to the order taker for their friendly service. And I must mention the excellent restroom! Kudos to Starbucks for the updated washing station. 👏

Accidentally ordered my drink 20 minutes in advance of when I was going to arrive. When I walked in the staff offered to remake it for me so it was nice and fresh. I didn’t have to say a word. Great service!

Nice location, good place to sit, not the best for large groups but would work for a 3-4 person meeting. nice to have a Starbucks on the Southside!

The staff are super friendly and our drinks always come out great! Love having a drive thru in our neighborhood!

Edit to add: the service is incredibly slow in the afternoon. It can take anywhere from 5-15 minutes to receive one drink...
