“I am genuinely surprised to be writing such a good review, but I placed my order ~30 min before closing. It arrived very quickly and the pizza was perfect. This is seriously probably the first dominos in 5 years to actually put extra cheese on a pizza... order was completely correct and the driver was very polite, even wanted to make sure the cheese hadn’t run as the box had tipped in his car. “I've been searching high and low for a really good frozen yogurt place since I arrived in Des Moines and was so glad that I found Menchie's! Now, the only flavor I ever get at any frozen yogurt place is always the Original Tart flavor and this place has the best by far (I once tried the cake batter flavor and that was delicious!). Menchie's has a lot of toppings that you can add to your yogurt, more so than other places. Usually I come here on the weekends and they are typically crowded, but I've never had to wait long. The staff is always very friendly and personable. I've never actually eaten here, I normally get my yogurt to go. The place is pretty small and they only have a handful of tables both inside and outside. But I still love coming here every weekend, keep it up Menchie's!”

“I really like the new, updated McDonald's. It's a lot nicer than before, with a different kids play place as well. The jungle gym, if you will, is A LOT SMALLER than before, so it caters more to smaller children; however, there is also a big gaming board (like a huge tablet but with only 8 games or so) that's fun for my child, and an interactive experience in which you can play games on the floor with computer generated games (hard to explain!!). It was clean, the food was good too.”

“So I want to start by saying that my first visit to this restaurant was great. Great food, service, drinks, great place overall. So my husband and I returned recently to celebrate. Our waitress was a bit absent, slow, and aloof, we saw more of our neighbors waitress than our own. When served our salad, we found mold on the onions, alerted a different waitress and got replacements without explanation or apology. Our food was decent and so were drinks. Unfortunately the women's bathroom appeared clean but smelled like stale urine. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars due to low service quality, moldy salads, and a smelly bathroom. We were disappointed because we really enjoyed our first visit. I don't think we will be back.”

“One might not think much of a small sushi restaurant nestled in a strip mall. It only consists of a few tables and a sushi bar. However, the food is very nice. The lunch boxes are very reasonably priced and you get a lot of food for your value. Even with generous portions, they do not skimp on quality. The specialty sushi rolls are full of complex flavors. I am particularly fond of the angry dragon roll. The hot food comes out of the kitchen piping hot, the sushi and salads come out cold. The decor is whimsical, even going as far as having Halloween drink specials. The servers are friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a quick lunch, a nice dinner, or even a meal after shopping at the nearby grocery store, this is the place to go.”
