“This is THE BEST Starbucks there is!! I will change my route, or plan my errands so that driving to this location makes sense. I have had multiple instances of excellent, amazing service and honestly, this review is long overdue. Anytime I have ever had a less than perfect drink, it has been fixed or re-made no questions asked and I have never been treated less than amazingly- shout out to Sydney today who was so kind and helped me correct my error without missing a beat. One experience that stands out to me, and speaks to how long this store has been on top of their game, was when I made an order for pick-up; I reached for my coffee on the counter, I grabbed too close to the lid, popping the lid off and losing my cup! I was so sad and a bit embarrassed. I immediately looked around for napkins and tried to pick up the ice cubes and a lovely barista comes running out with the mop saying not to worry about it and cleaned my mess promptly and with a smile. I felt a little bit better and tried to help with what I could- I went to the counter and asked if I could order another drink and I was told they were almost done making it already, no need to order or pay again. As someone who was having a rough start to their day, this level of customer service and general kindness made me feel SO MUCH BETTER and changed the tone of my day. This was about two years ago, and the service has been that great for years before and ever since. I always get a cold brew with cream, and different locations think that different amounts of cream are “normal” and that can be a huge bummer and lead to inconsistency with the same drink order, but this location makes it the best. It is consistent no matter who makes the drink, which is hugely important in my opinion. There are a few employees that have been there for quite some time and are just amazing. Nellie, the store manager is fantastic and the personification of perfect customer service!!!”

And, of course, the screaming hot fries were delicious, and the hazelnut latté hit the spot on this semi-chilly day. If you like the smaller, thin french fries, then McDonald's fries are hard to beat. However, Wendy's makes the best burgers!!”

“Panera has gone down hill. There is no descriptions of any if the sandwiches on the menu board. The workers never seem to know what they are doing. Dirty tables everywhere. And the buzzer system is a joke. Part of the appeal of Panera was your name being called and being treated like you're at home. The vibe is not like that at all anymore. Food is still good but expensive for what you get. Probably wont be back for a while.”

“I really like the new, updated McDonald's. It's a lot nicer than before, with a different kids play place as well. The jungle gym, if you will, is A LOT SMALLER than before, so it caters more to smaller children; however, there is also a big gaming board (like a huge tablet but with only 8 games or so) that's fun for my child, and an interactive experience in which you can play games on the floor with computer generated games (hard to explain!!). It was clean, the food was good too.”
