One person working, taking orders AND preparing them and he was extremely friendly and cheerful! Great service!!

The new owner Brian is awesome, very friendly and makes sure you are completely satisfied with your food. I will definitely becoming back here with the family every chance I get.

Food is pretty good. Prices outrageous! In Merle Hay Mall sparsely populated food court. Merle Hay Mall looks like a bombed out version of its former self with empty stores everywhere. I ordered loose meat with cheese. It was all right--nothing spectacular considering the price. Wouldn't recommend it.

I have heard about Maid-Rite burgers for years but have never tried it. We saw this one so stopped for a late lunch. Their burgers were like Sloppy Joe's without the "sloppy". The burgers were OK and the fries were good.

Happened to be at the Merle Hay Mall, decided to have a malted milk at the Maid Rite. Standing in line, the young chap in front of me got some onion rings - they looked really good, so I bought an order of onion rings to go with my strawberry malted. Delicious! Nice and hot, and the malt was nice and cold. And the woman behind the counter was courteous & friendly. The 'only' reason I didn't give them five stars was because the rings and malt were a little bit pricey for fast food! Otherwise, I'm glad I stopped here today.
