I had the treat of trying Tarboosh when I was home over Thanksgiving at the holiday farmers market. I’m originally from Iowa but live in New York and I’ve been on the hunt to find anything as good as Tarboosh since November. Everything is absolutely delicious. The lentil soup is perfection and have been trying to recreate it ever since. The staff is so friendly. This has been added to my list of places I must eat when I’m home visiting. Hoping a permanent location is created soon!

Had Tarboosh for the first time at the DSM farmers market a couple months ago and have been a regular stop ever since. The chicken shawarma wrap at falafels are a must get! Everything is so fresh and delicious. Hoping they get a permanent location soon!
