The Breakfast Club

It was Father’s Day and I did not know where to eat breakfast today so I thought I’d stop by here and as a person who is by myself I was able to get right in to sit at the bar. The server was delightful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back here the next time I come to Des Moines.

Order the Notorious Biscuit and Gravy. Hands down the best I have ever had. Atmosphere was great as well. Music was loud and great, I loved it. Staff was super friendly.

Food is unique and very very good.
I've eaten here 4 times now. The steak and eggs were my least favorite and the Panchodilla was my most favorite.
Coffee is good, espresso is better. The Bloody Maria is the winner for me on the adult beverages side. We are normally there at 9am on Wed and it has been a "no wait" situation.

Came here on a Saturday about mid morning. There was no wait and we were seated right away. They were moderately busy but service was efficient. Our server was super friendly and the right amount of attentive. The place was very clean.

Food was so delicious. Appetizer we did the breakfast eggrolls.
I got the mimosa flight with Blueberry pomegranate, watermelon, creamcicle, and original. All were so good! Food, the bacon avocado bagel (minus feta and cream cheese) it was fresh and delicious.
Kiddo got pancakes, with eggs, and bacon. All were cooked perfectly and delicious.

Husband got the smores pancakes. They were so good. Taste just like smores and not overly sweet.

Our first time for breakfast there and we were all very pleased! Great atmosphere with fun 90s music and retro decor. I love that you wake up there! Service was attentive, the food was plentiful and overall a great way to start NYE for breakfast with the family!
